Ash Warne
Founder & CTO
Ash Warne is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Dynisma. Drawing on over a decade of experience in engineering, leadership, and operations at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams, Ash has been instrumental in engineering Dynisma’s world-leading motion generator systems.
Prior to founding Dynisma, Ash was responsible for the development and operation of the F1 Driving Simulators at McLaren and Ferrari. His pioneering work has enabled elite racing teams to achieve highly accurate motion simulation and precise correlation to real-world vehicle dynamics.
Ash served as Dynisma’s CEO and Chief Engineer from 2017 to 2024, during which he managed complex, business-critical simulation projects and led multidisciplinary teams, growing the company to a 100-strong team of experts based in Bristol, UK.
As Dynisma’s new CEO, Graeme Cook, assumes leadership of the company, Ash transitions from his role as Chief Engineer to Chief Technology Officer. This move allows him to fully focus on driving innovation and advancing the development of Dynisma’s state-of-the-art motion simulation technology. DMGs are globally recognised for their high bandwidth, low latency, and large excursion capabilities, delivering class-leading solutions for the motorsport and automotive industries.
With a 1st Class (Hons) Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bath, Ash also brings a strong academic foundation to his industry-leading work.
