Graeme Cook joined Dynisma in 2025 to lead the company into its next phase of growth. With a wealth of experience spanning aerospace, automotive, and oil & energy sectors, he brings a strategic vision and proven expertise in scaling operations, driving innovation, and fostering business growth.

As CEO, Graeme is dedicated to expanding Dynisma’s global reach and solidifying its reputation as a world leader in motion simulation technology. Under his leadership, Dynisma is set to continue delivering cutting-edge solutions to automotive and motorsport clients while expanding into new industries such as aerospace, defense, and beyond.

Before joining Dynisma, Graeme served as Managing Director at YASA, a pioneer in electric motor technology. There, he was instrumental in advancing the company’s innovation and strengthening its market presence.

Graeme also held key leadership roles at AVID Technologies, a leader in automotive and off-highway vehicle electrification. During his tenure, he transformed business processes, secured VDA Standards approval, and enhanced operational resilience to support customer contracts and unlock new commercial opportunities.
