Head of Mechanical Engineering

Matt is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 15 years’ experience of leading teams of engineers through complex cutting edge or high integrity engineering projects. After graduating from an MEng degree at the University of Bath he worked at Rolls-Royce developing and delivering technology demonstrator engines and main engine structures and subsequently worked as an engineering consultant on high integrity products.

He currently leads the Mechanical Engineering Team in the design, analysis and validation of DMG hardware, for both existing and future projects.

Matt focuses on finding people’s areas of talent, understanding their motivations and developing and equipping them to give the best performance they can as part of the best team they can be in. He also enjoys steering and validating the designs of Dynisma’s innovative actuation systems and high performing structures as well as solving the customer specific challenges of each installation.
