Business Development Specialist

As Business Development Specialist, Piers is looking to bring Dynisma’s simulators to a new series of customers in the Motorsport and Automotive market.  

He previously worked for 3 years as a Senior Support & Applications Engineer in the Automotive ADAS sector. This involved assisting customers with their issues, software testing & development and customer training trips. During this time Piers performed various customer demos and exhibitions, and it’s here that he picked up an interest in talking to customers and creating new business opportunities.  

Piers also worked as a Graduate Analyst for RSKW, looking into asset management and optimisation in the UK water and transport sectors. He graduated from Coventry with a Bachelors Degree in Automotive Engineering, whilst completing a placement year at Bosch Engineering based at Mira. He also has previous work experience with Palmersport, Mountune Racing and Ford.  

Outside of work Piers is a passionate sim racer, regularly competing in 24hr endurance races on iRacing. He is a big fan of motorsport, regularly watching Formula 1, Formula E, WEC & ELMS races. He is also a keen Marvel and Star Wars fan and plays bass and electric guitar.  

As a lifelong motorsport and sim-racing fan, Dynisma is the perfect opportunity for Piers to combine 2 of his biggest passions into a professional career.
