Tom joined Dynisma in 2024 to support the Board, as well as expand and strengthen many of Dynisma's key support functions such as Quality, Project Management, Facilities, IP, Environmental and HR.

Tom is a highly experienced technical leader, most recently joining the business from Dymag, where he was CEO.

His skills and experience in business leadership, applying cutting edge engineering methods and processes to drive the development of innovative technology and realising them in production has been key to bolstering Dynisma's operational resilience.

Prior to his C-level roles at Dymag, Tom was previously Head of Aerodynamics at Penske NASCAR, Senior Aerodynamicist at Renault F1 Team and Lead Aerodynamicist at Penske IndyCar.
