Tom is a chartered engineer with the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has 17 years' experience working on a broad range of engineering projects all over the world.  These include small scale bespoke manufacturing, high precision sub-sea systems, medium volume industrial machinery and mass production high technology consumer products. The opportunity to lead a superb and diverse team to help scale up and deliver such complex cutting edge technology was a challenge that was too good to pass up.

At Dynisma, Tom's role is to manage, oversee and scale the business Operations and Engineering.

Outside of work Tom enjoys getting outdoors on foot, in a canoe or on his bikes and spending time with his young family.
