Wendy’s career spans over two decades, during which she has held senior financial and operational roles at leading organisations, including Unilever, Wincanton, Capita, Offsite Solutions, and Osprey Group, where she served as Chief Operating Officer prior to joining Dynisma. Her expertise includes strategic financial planning, customer relationship management, and successful contract negotiations. Wendy’s inquisitive and analytical approach ensures informed decision-making, while her clear and engaging communication style fosters collaboration across teams. 

As Finance Director at Dynisma, Wendy oversees financial operations and contributes to the company’s strategic direction, ensuring financial stability and supporting its continued growth as a global leader in motion simulation.
