Project Manager

Dynisma is revolutionising the automotive and motorsport driving simulator market with its disruptive Motion Generator technology. Our cutting-edge approach to simulator design delivers more data about vehicle dynamics and ride to drivers and passengers with less latency and more accurately than any other motion simulators available.

Our Founder Ash Warne started the business in 2017 after leading the simulator programmes at McLaren and Ferrari F1 teams. We have since grown to a team of over 100 engineers, delivering turnkey driving simulators to customers including Ferrari F1 Team as well as a number of other marquee brands.

The Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Simulation team within Dynisma. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be an influential figure within the company with exposure to every project. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery and testing of software on all projects, agreeing performance requirements and hitting Research & Development goals. Key duties include, but will not be limited to:

• Working within a team of technical experts, you will be responsible for ensuring that software and simulation components are identified and delivered across the business effectively.

• Managing and prioritising software and simulation projects using the appropriate systems, processes and resources to facilitate optimal delivery.

• Balancing demands across multiple stakeholder groups; prioritizing short and long-term projects effectively whilst reacting to new business needs.

• Working with Operational Project Managers to ensure simulation requirements are understood and correctly allocated across customer projects, including resource management.

• Identifying and managing risks / conflicts, escalating key issues appropriately.

• Tracking and reporting on project status to Senior Management.

• Coordinating and communicating project scope, identifying dependencies and understanding the critical path to secure timely project delivery.

• Identifying and managing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, empowering and inspiring team members.

Your Skills:

• A degree qualification or equivalent experience

• An understanding of Project Management fundamentals, experience in Primavera P6 desirable

• Experience working in a technical field; able to understand technical discussions and generate and manage outputs effectively.

• A logical approach to tasks and solving problems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaboration and Engagement skills

• Improvement mindset; seek out opportunities to streamline ways of working and work collaboratively with others to support business growth.
