Dynisma, a global leader in high-performance motion simulation technology, is delighted to announce the appointment of Graeme Cook as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Bringing extensive leadership experience spanning the automotive, aerospace, oil and energy sectors, Graeme will guide the company through its next phase of growth. His arrival will enable Dynisma Founder, CEO & Chief Engineer, Ash Warne, to transition to the role of Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO), fully focusing on furthering the innovation and technology development of the company’s best-in-class simulation technology.
Leveraging his deep industry expertise and visionary leadership, Graeme’s key objectives will be to continue to scale Dynisma’s operations, expand its global presence, and reinforce its position as a leader in motion and driving simulation technology. His appointment signals a new phase of growth for Dynisma, continuing to deliver cutting-edge solutions to the automotive and motorsport markets while advancing plans to bring its pioneering motion generator simulators to new industries.
Dynisma is experiencing rapid growth, having created more than 50 new jobs in 2024 to meet the market demand for its state-of-the-art motion simulators, with a strong order book for 2025 and beyond. The company is trusted by key customers including multiple Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula E, World Endurance Championship, and International Motorsport Association (IMSA) teams, as well as a growing number of global automotive OEMs.

Graeme’s distinguished career includes pivotal roles at YASA, a leader in electric motor technology, where he served as Managing Director. At YASA, Graeme played an instrumental role in advancing the company’s innovation and market presence. Prior to YASA, Graeme held key leadership positions at AVID Technologies, an automotive and off-highway vehicle electrification company. His tenure was marked by transforming business processes and operational competencies, achieving VDA Standards approval, and enhancing resilience to support customer contracts and expand commercial potential.
